all of my life, i have tried to figure out what i wanted to do with my life. i have worked at various jobs, but all of the jobs i have worked they haven’t given me any fulfillment in life. i have enjoyed playing video games all of my life. it is about the only thing i want to do in my life. i am 27 years old. if whoever reads this comment could just send me in the right direction on becoming a game tester it would be much appreciated. thank you for your time.

We have a jobs board on the website. Have you looked at that? If you are applying and get no response, you need to beef up your resume and cover letter or you are doing something to have them set you aside. Where are you located?

I’m 16 years old and I’ve known what I wanted to do with my life since I was 7. Playing Video games is a lot more than a hobby to me, it’s kind of a lifestyle. Unfortunately, people don’t take 16 year olds serious so it’s a lot harder to get into things like this. If anyone knows anyway I could get into this line of work now, PLEASE let me know. Thank you.

Our Jobs board is on the website. Go check out the jobs listings. We will point you in the right direction for your resume is part of our certification program. There are some reasonable resources on the web to help if you don’t want to take the certification program. This information is also included on some articles on our website. Look at our Yahoo Answers too.

If you are trying to make a career of game testing, usually you do it in an office for the publisher you are working for. I you are trying to just pick up some extra money, you may have to go to their office or sometimes you can do it from your home or where ever. Pay depends on the project, sometimes a copy of the game, an gift card, cash or an hourly rate and a w2 like a real employee.
