What is PowerUp Games™?
To the publisher, PowerUp Games™is a tool to help in four areas: Marketing, Customer Support, Customer Understanding and Quality.
1) You are a couple of weeks from release and want to build awareness about your
title. You could run a final pass of your title to expose our students to your
title and look for any last minute issues that need to be addressed.
2) Before you ship, you could pass your title by a few students to gather issues
to train your support staff or to be included in help or readme.
3) You want to know what your customer likes about the title or how much they
think it is worth or what areas they like the most. Survey our students to refine
your marketing and better understand your customer.
4) You can enlist a large or small army of students to look for issues with your
title as you build it. Get usability feedback, bug reports, and other information
to improve your title. Stress your server to see if you are ready for release and
success. Are you having problems support a large range of devices? Use our
Students to help reassure you in that area at any time you may need it.

Why should I use PowerUp Games™ to augment my own titles quality?
At PowerUp Games we can easily help integrate into your current QA or Testing
processes. We can work with your QA group or Outsource group to provide small
group or large group feedback on your title. Have our students scour your
product for issues, see if you have the wide range support you need, evaluate your
product for fun.

How can PowerUp Games™ help my marketing efforts?
We have a survey tools with standard Question and Answer type to quickly
facilitate the asking of and answering of questions. Develop a survey to forecast
the success of your title.
Expose our community to your product and your competition. Use survey(s) to find
the strengths and weaknesses of your title and the competition. Market to your
strengths.
Expose our community to your product before it is released. Your marketing budget
is tight but you need to gain as much exposure as possible. Right before your
launch, release your title to our community for exposure and a final Quality bar
that says you are ready to ship.
Build a loyal following. As people help you produce a better product, you get
buy-in. They will tell their friends, they will play it with their
friends(because of the extra practice, they will be able to beat their friends
most of the time), Give them something to brag about with their peers.

How do I get my project available to the community?
Publishers can add projects to our community by going to our publisher's home page
and creating an account. Once your account is set up you will be able to add
project criteria for selection of community members. These members will be offered
the opportunity to help with your project. Once the project start criteria is
met, the project begins.

How do I sign up with PowerUp Games™?
Go to the publisher section of the site and submit your email address to sign up.
An employee of PowerUP games will send you an email with the URL to sign up. Fill
it out, you are ready to begin.

What does it Cost?
Pricing is based on the number of students needed and the time or duration you
need them and the type of project we are supporting. Please call or email with
your particular need so we can give you an estimate. For the majority of our
customers, they are surprised by the value they receive for each dollar spent.
Most fees are a hundred to a couple thousand dollars.
